Hazards of working out at home.....
Ok, so some of the hazards include deciding you do not feel up to it, but heck it is even worse if you have to leave the house to get to a workout. Family, for some reason my boys (the big and little) decide they need my attention during a workout or decide to practice their music. Ok again something I can work around and now I kind of like it. Last night I had guitar practice going on and my hubby playing with the electronic drums too. The furry ones. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats in our house. Where do they like to be, wherever mom is at which includes at my feet. Step on them enough or annoy them with all the shaking and sweating and noise from the belly scarf and they learn to ignore you or go to another room. Also step on them enough and they move really quick! Hyper or over extension of muscles--ouch! I did this last night, I hyper-adducted (not sure if this is a real term or not).
