Drum roll-new measurements to report!
Here are my results for May. Now I did gain 0.8 pounds according the scale at the gym, but I am losing inches overall which is much, much, much more important. Working hard on the lower belly area and I can tell and so can others that I am toning up the midsection. Now to keep doing the workouts for the lower ab--have I mentioned I am not a fan of those? Now to just keep up my progress! Woo hoo!
